Our meet up group is a one of a kind, 1 hour fitness/Boot Camp/strongman class,I use alot of different training methods to achive our fitness goals. Held every Sat. 8am for ladies and 9am for guys, the cost is $10 per visit, please bring a towel. All fitness levels are welcome! this class is a great way to get in great shape and meet new people that are serious about their health, WARNING!!! You will get results!
