Our meet up group is a one of a kind, 1 hour fitness/Boot Camp/TRX/strongman class,we use alot of different training methods to achive your fitness goals. Held every Sat. 8am and during the week(call for Times) the cost is $10 per visit, please bring a towel. All fitness levels are welcome! this class is a great way to get in great shape and meet new people that are serious about their health, WARNING!!! You will get results.....
