90 Minute Intensity Practice

Ready to be challenged?

Join ODBC coaching staff for an Intermediate/Advanced practice on Saturdays at 7:45 to 9:15 am.

Marlen and coaching staff will work together and will follow a program that will get us ready to race.

This practice is an open practice recommended, but not exclusively, for paddlers that have at least 6 month of experience in dragon boating and have paid for a club membership.

This practice will consist of 90 minutes of intense workout starting with a 10 minutes warm up, speed and endurance drills, focus on developing muscle memory and proper technique with continous paddling and at different levels of intensity.
