Tribunal Election and Game Pitches

This will be a refresher for the group overall. We will be electing our Tribunal which will handle disciplinary actions if they become necessary. We will be hearing pitches for a main Vampire game as well as an off game. If you can take a moment and think about what things are important to you in a LARP game and prepare some questions it will help make sure you fully understand what is being offered by each pitch. These pitches may include the current games pitching to complete their terms.

I will be taking notes and sending the vote choices to those who have attended as members and could not make it. They will have two days to respond.

Fine, if we are in such a crunch, than I suggest we move it to next week. I do not want absentee voters. I've heard of way to many cases of people who vote on games and never show up. That is complete bullshit. However, I would like to point out that all but a hand full of people are showing up. Only 2 people have really stated that they can't attend the meeting. If we move it, that gives more time for pitches.

to whoever is counting the votes have fun counting all the vote from non committed members that never show up and skew the votes away from what the people who actual show up want. GLHF

Actually what I said was "As long as a majority agrees I am fine wiith that. Post it on the site please" As a compromise why don't ppl who are pitching post a quick synopis of their game on the forums and ppl who email me before fri can vote by game on sat. That way every one is heard. The people not coming need a dam good excuse though other wise their vote won't count. I will let every one know who is voting via proxi at the beginning of game.

Don't forget that we need to resolve on this night which game takes 1st/3rd and which game is 2nd/4th - it was agreed in the past that when new games are voted in, the Storytellers of both games should meet to decide which plays on which weekends. That's something that needs to be done once the results of voting are known.

Also, are we including the bit about, "If you don't show up, you don't get a vote?" Because I think we should.
