Meditation classes occur each Saturday at 3PM. You can start at any time. The classes last approximately 1 hour. There is no need to wear special clothing or to bring anything.
It's always free and everyone is welcome!
What to expect?
During this time we learn how to de-stress, relax and center ourselves using the techniques of Sahaja Meditation, a simple, natural and easy to learn method. This meditation will help you see where your life is out of balance and show you how to use your own powers to change.
Typically there is a short introduction or discussion on a topic relevant to the group; about what meditation is, how to achieve it and the imbalances that prevent us from feeling peaceful inside. Everyone is free to ask questions and get individual support.
Then we do a guided meditation session to help everyone experience the meditation (mental silence) and sit in silent meditation together for awhile. If you have tried to meditate using other methods you should find this much easier.
