Happy early Valentine's Day everyone!
Once again we'll be having this month's meeting at the offices of Echo. Come join us while we listen to Craig Clayton give a presentation on Cocoapods and a third party library that makes integrating with Core Data easier. Craig provided me with the following description of his talk:
"Craig Clayton, Founder of iOSAcademy, will review how CocoaPods can help you install and uninstall 3rd party tools like RestKit with little to no effort. Additionally, he'll review two useful tools for every Core Data project you work on: CoreDataStack & Mogenerator."
In an effort to get everyone to fire up XCode and write some code, I asked everyone to build a basic application by February's meetup. The task was to build a very basic Twitter Search application. All that's needed is a search bar and a table view that returns those tweets. If you need help with something like that, take a look here:
If we have time we'll go over the application and address any questions you may have. Even if you've never written an application before, give this a shot. The best time to start learning is now. Or after work.
Hope to see everyone there!
