I'm open to suggestions from the group as far as how to handle job offers. It's always tough to figure out how to handle job opportunities, especially since I want to give priority to our sponsors. I've yet to find an elegant solution to the problem. I'm also afraid of constantly bothering the group for job opportunities if nobody is currently looking.I'd love to maintain a list of developers who are actively looking for work and pair them up with recruiters. I'm often contacted directly to see if I know anyone I can refer, and I'd love to be able to direct recruiters to individuals rather than have them mass mail the entire group. So let's start with that and maybe we'll move from there. If you're interested in job opportunities and are currently looking for work, please let me know. You can e-mail me at [address removed]. A copy of your resume would really help out as well. If you really want to get adventurous, let me know what type of work you're interested in and I'll do what I can to match you up to something that you'll find interesting. I'm not saying I'll filter opportunities, but I'll do my best not to refer job offers that might not match the developer's desires/personalities.If all this sounds like complete bollox, let me know. Thanks!

I would think that Linked-In would be a good place to post it, and of course you could mention it here. Lots of us are on Linked-In, though I don't think we have a community presence there at this time. Maybe that's something we should create for those looking for work. What do you think Andrew?--
