An informal Business Networking Meeting on Tuesday at the Ale House on S.R. 436 near the airport. Join us and introduce yourself to other people in our group, what else do you have to do on Tuesday. All that you have to do is ask any of the bartenders of managers where the meet up is. we will make sure that they know we are going to be there. At the last event all the bartenders and the owner of tailgater's knew where to find us, but about an hour before the game the place filled up and we were sure that we missed meeting some people. It’s baseball season! UCF has invited the Orlando Entrepreneurs Meet Up group to the biggest rival game of the year: UCF Knights vs. Florida Gators! Date: Wednesday, March 18, 2009 Many of you were at our UCF Business Owners Night and heard the new Head Baseball Coach, Terry Rooney, speak about the upcoming baseball season and how you can get you businesses involved with UCF. We are anticipating an action-packed, exciting season from Coach Rooney whose #1 goal is to lead UCF to Omaha to win The College World Series! Come be a part of this exciting matchup while mingling and making some new connections with other business owners to help develop your business. Tickets are only $7/person (while they last) and you can order them by calling me at 407-823-4542. *I will not be taking orders after March 13th. In cooperation with UCF Athletics we are meeting before the biggest game of the season against the University of Florida at Tailgaters Smoke House which is about a block to the south of the Ball Park across from the UCF Arena. Our last event in January was a great sucess and about 75 people attended the meetup in the SkyBox at "the Venue". Since the Baseball Field doesn't have any facilities similar to the Arena, we have decided to meetup at Tailgaters before the game. Directions to Tail Gaters Smoke House on the UCF Campus: Off of 408 and 417 - Take a left on Alafaya and a right at Gemini Circle. Go to the 3rd light and turn right on East Plaza Drive. Tailgators will be on the right side after Barnes and Nobles. UCF is honoring our Meet Up group and hosting a Business Owners and Entrepreneurs Night at its Men’s Basketball vs. Southern Miss game on Wednesday, January 21st, 2009 at 7pm. All who attend from our Meet Up group will be able to buy tickets for only $12, will sit in UCF group priority seating, and each business will be individually recognized on the scoreboard during the game. This is a great opportunity to get your business in lights during this school/community event!
