In May of 2008, Chef Kevin & Laurie Tarter took a chance on their dream and opened what was to become the Award-Winning Chef’s Table Restaurant-Central Florida’s Fine Dining Gem. The 3 Course Dinner for $55/person became an Orlando favorite. In August of 2011, The Tarters expanded the restaurant to include a casual, ‘tapas inspired’ concept focusing on small plates & big flavors, as well as artisanal craft cocktails & martinis. Instead of individual starters and main courses, the Tasting Room serves small but shareable portions continuously delivered throughout the meal.
If you've had the opportunity to try Chef Kevin's creations, you know we're in for a treat; he's wonderfully creative with a can't-miss palette - this WILL be great! Also, Tuesdays through Thursdays they have Happy Hour till close, can't go wrong with that! Because this is a relatively small venue, I am capping attendance at 20. I will also will send out a confirmation request 5-7 days before the event - if you do not confirm by the deadline (24hours before the event), your RSVP will be changed to a no. This is all in an effort to be fair to the group members and the restaurant management by trying to cut down on the last-minute cancellations and/or no-shows.
