In May, we had an open discussion about the types of talks that you wanted to see in 2014 and beyond. I compiled that list in an email message to the group (http://j.mp/1pFgkoc) and added some polls (http://j.mp/orlandophp-polls) to gather responses.
WHAT? YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN THE POLLS YET?
Seriously, please provide your feedback. There are over 700 of you in this group. It's kind of silly.
Anyway, we're gonna start this month with a round-table discussion. But since there wasn't a clear winner in our poll (with less than 20 respondents, no surprise), we have a run-off:
• Development Process -- How do you run your typical development project, start to never-finished? What tools and methodologies do you use? What has worked and what hasn't?
• Testing and Quality Assurance -- How do you apply tests and ensure the quality of your products? What techniques or tools have you used?
• Performance and Scalability -- What performance issues have you encountered with your PHP applications? How have you overcome them? What is the best way to scale a PHP application?
We'll start the discussion with a discussion about which discussion to have... it's a meta-discussion! Then we can jump right into the nitty-gritty of one or more of these topics. See you there!

PS: Note the venue change; we're meeting at Jason's in SODO again.
