Noone upset that I know.  Just thought that since developers are, by nature, problem solvers and solution creators, we should be able to easily see the broad range of needs out there and come up with a simple effective solution.  In fact I know we can.

I just wished there was a place that only dealt with PHP.  I mean no disrespect and I knew I would ruffle a few feathers.  I get these emails on my phone and I have started to ignore them since they are always from recruiters.

But yes, a better system may be in order.  I apologize for upsetting anyone.

Spoken like someone fortunate enough to not be out of work in the current economy.  It doesn't take very long out in the real world before you appreciate every iota of information about job opportunities.  Like Dennis Waitley says; "You're either networking or not working".  However, understanding that everyone sees the world only from their vantage point these days, maybe recruiters should send one message to the group requesting that those interested in hearing about work opportunities return their private email address.  Each recruiter could send that single request message once a quarter or so, so new people or newly employed/unemployed people could be added or removed.  Then the people who want the info would get it and those who don't wouldn't.  Just a thought.

I vote to ban recruiters. I wished this list was all about php. If a php developer knows of a job, I am fine with that. But no person that does know how to program in php or want to learn should be on this. These are just my two cents. I am tired of the spam.

Hello All!

I wanted to reach out to all of those who knew of any Sr. PHP Developers in the Orlando area. This is a full-time opportunity with a wonderful company. Those with excellent communication along with great verbal skills will sure be a star player here.

With your  skills in PHP, MySQL, Java, CMS, HTML5, CSS, and eCommerce; you are sure to play a key role in this organization. You will have an amazing time letting your creativity flow with a company that has a very casual/laid-back atmosphere. Any understanding in responsive design would be a definite plus as well.

Contact me at the telephone number listed below if you or anyone you know may be interested!
