Great! I liked hearing about all the different graphic novels, although having the wine DID make it harder to concentrate :)

Parking can be a bit iffy (since it's just street parking), so that's something to keep in mind. Not that I mind circling Hampden endlessly with ALL of the Sandman in the car but...

Woah, I didn't even notice that we are meeting at Atomic Books this month, good thing you mentioned it! I am fortunate enough to be a quick bike ride away :)

Thanks, Brian! Will you bring vol.2 to the meetup? I already bought vol.1, and I felt good about spending $10 at an independent comic shop.

:Went to the library, picked up a whole bunch of graphic novels, then realized that I already have committed to something else that night. Boo. I've been gradually making my way through Sandman on trips--graphic novels to me are easier to put down and pick up w/out losing story threads. It's also not a very short series, but it's definitely worth savoring.

This would have been a great first one for me. However I've got tickets to the Flyers/Penguins game that night :/

    Maybe next time

Should we "claim" a title, so that there's no repeats?

I was browsing the graphic novels section at 'that bookstore' And almost picked up the Sandman. Good thing I didn't since Meg beat me to it . :) Instead I found Witchblade.

I've never read Sandman and would love to for this particular evening, if no one else objects.
