Are you a lively lady between the ages of 25 and 45 working on maintaining a balanced lifestyle? Are you perhaps trying to shed a few pounds? Are you just looking for an excuse to get off your butt, and just don't have a buddy to be active with? If so, search no more! This group is for women who are not only looking for an excuse to get out there and get their body moving, but also to have fun, and get some friendly support in view of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle.

A lot of our events will occur in and around Lowertown / Sandy Hill / Centretown. If you're looking for more of a commitment and/or motivation, check out our discussions page for a chance buddy-up with other members for gym workouts and other activities/goals.
Need to know: We employ a "Three Strikes and You Are Out" Rule with respect to RSVPs. If a member RSVPs "Yes" to an event but does not show up, they get a strike. After three strikes, a member is removed from the group.
Notwithstanding the application of what may seem like rather strict guidelines, these rules are meant to facilitate positive and memorable experiences for our members. We value honesty, dependability, and camaraderie!
