I teach traditional Yang Style in a relaxed atmosphere, encouraging creative expression, imagination and movement while respecting the core values and principles of the Style. Students develop an appreciation for the art of Tai Chi as well as the physical skills and techniques required to execute the Tai Chi series of movements.

The last day of each session is a designated Friend Day. On this day, please plan on bringing a friend or family member to watch as you demonstrate the Tai Chi skills you have been working on all session.

Our Spring session features our annual celebration of World Tai Chi Day held on the last Saturday in April. Our Fall session launches in September with our Tai Chi picnic on the first Saturday (or Sunday in the event of rain) after Labour Day.
