Ha not only its extremely physical and mental but also you need to spend lots of time on developing techniques and tons of other things. Nowdays women's mma is getting bigger and bigger, its not for everyone for sure but its actually safer and fun if its just training. Competing is deff dangerous and brutal in a way, but I love it :)

Ya I've been doing it for a while and its what I love. It does take a lot out of me and is a big commitment but oh well. You know any about it? Watch/trained?
