Hello!

Part of our next meeting will be focusing on the Release Backlog Grooming meeting, and this is great because we have a real backlog to groom. Below is the start of a release backlog for potential group meeting topics. Please add to the list with topics that you would like to see and we will be using it at the upcoming meeting as our backlog to groom.

- Storypoints - tips/tricks, estimating, absolute vs relative, maximum size, etc
- Business value vs ROI
- The lifecycle of a story
- Release planning meeting
- Focus on a Scrum role - Business Owner, Scrum Master, etc
- Scrum artifacts and their usefulness
- Adopting/Advocating Scrum
- The role of QA

Hi Andrew

Here's a few ideas...
- how do you know when a story is done?
- working with debts (design, testing, bugs)
- bug tracking systems: are they really needed?
- when Scrum doesn't work so well (e.g. software maintenance)
- what makes the perfect Scrum team (size, member profiles, skill sets, attitude, etc.)

Hope that helps...
Mark
