Run For Your Lives is an apocalyptic 5K obstacle race. But you’re not just running against the clock — you’re running from brain-hungry, virus-spreading, bloody zombies.
Protect your brain and run for your life. This is one race where your legs giving out are the least of your problems. Run For Your Lives is a first-of-its-kind event, one part 5K, one part obstacle course, one part escaping the clutches of zombies — and all parts awesome.
Runners will navigate a series of 12 obstacles throughout a 5K course in an attempt to reach the finish line — all while avoiding zombies. At the end of this adventure race, you get to celebrate survival (or zombie transformation) with live entertainment and music, local celebrities, vendors, food, and of course, beer!

Krazy Lifers: Let's register for the 3:00 wave. We'll arrange carpools closer to the event and will purchase the camping package so that we can recover and enjoy the bonfires of the apocolypse!!!
The camping package is an additional $20 per person. This package gives each camper access to set up camp in the designated camping area within the Run For Your Lives’ race property.
The camping area will expand after the race portion of the event concludes. All food and beverage needs will be satisfied at Run for Your Lives and the Apocalypse Party. We will also be serving breakfast for our campers on Sunday morning.
There will be a number of community campfires for everyone to enjoy. If you would like to have your own fire, please bring a small grill or an above-ground fire pit. Ground fires will not be permitted.
First time doing a race?? NO WORRIES, you're in good company!! Several of us competed (and i use that word loosely!) in the RunAmuck back in June...we walked, sometimes rolled, sometimes took a break to make mud angels or grab a beer....we did complete the race...but i think we may have completed it with the race that began after us..lol!!!

Sign up to be a volunteer!!! Volunteers offer assistance with general duties for a 4 hour period and in return get in to the event for free as well as get party and camping pass and a free tshirt!

The event was so much fun to be a part of and watch. I would definitely go to another one. I volunteered to help and the staff was great to work with as well as the organizers.

hi - just hired car which i pick up saturday morning, so as long as i dont get lost, look forward to seeing you all at the event. guess we are all parking in the camping section. think im on the 3-7pm volunteer shift so catch up with you all, before or after that.

ATTENTION BOSTON PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS: Yes, parking for this weekend’s event is a few miles offsite. No, we’re not trying to wear you down before you even start the race. There will be free shuttles running all day long, to take you back and forth between the parking lot and the event grounds. As mentioned in the email, plan to arrive at least two hours before your scheduled wave to allow for parking, packet pick-up, travel to the start line and time to take in all the gory sites.

hey karen, ray and i are going up friday night because his volunteer shift actually starts at 7AM on saturday!! we will see you there sat afternoon :) we'll try and find a central location to meet once everyone has finished eating brains or capturing seb's flags.

Ok guys Seb and I put up my tent yesterday! Besides the pretzel stains (don't ask me) we are good to go. My guess is it sleeps 8 easy so there is plenty of room for anyone who would is planning to camp after. Can't wait a BIG SLUMBER PARTY!! Is everybody ready?!?!?!

hey guys... sorry for the confusion, at the time we suggested the 2pm wave we assumed all of us would be running. luckily you runners are able to transfer your time slots up till april 13 so, if you want to, go ahead and transfer to the 3pm race...but otherwise we'll just all meet up after the race...at the apocalypse party!

LOL! I would love to but it's too far out to know. I'm planing a trip to Brazil around that time and have to wait for it to get closer to know if I'll be able to do the Color run. If I'm here then I'll definitely do it! :-)
