Have you tried a Stroller Strides class yet?
This week (Sept 9-13) is a great opportunity to try out our total body workout for moms!
We are offering classes free to new clients all week. Stroller Strides offers a one-hour workout session for moms with their stroller-aged child (generally aged 6 weeks to about 4 years). Workouts include cardio, strength training, and abdominal work, plus songs and fun to keep the kids entertained. All fitness levels are welcome, including pregnant moms with their doctor's permission. Moms rave about having the opportunity to get a tough workout in while their little one/s are along for the ride, plus it's great company, spending time with other moms going through the same things you are going through!
