A typical class goes like this:
10-min Intro of lecture and partner bodywork instruction.
60-min of Kinetic Meditation instruction.
20-min of cool-down self-care bodywork and partner bodywork guidance.

About Edan Harari, LMT
Edan Harari, LMT, is the founder of Kinetic Massage Therapy. He has developed this unique Dance Therapeutics workshop after years of experience as a house dancer, bodyworker, bodywork instructor and yogi. In addition to teaching classes, Edan has a private practice at Kula Yoga Project in TriBeCa where he performs advanced orthopedic bodywork with patients who suffer from various musculoskeletal conditions. He specializes in treating the back, neck and shoulders by combining a variety of bodywork modalities including Ortho-Bionomy and the Kinetic Massage method, which he has developed himself. Edan continues to receive much press in both online and print publications, such as DailyCandy, VitalJuice, The Lost Girls and magazines in Italy and Japan that have covered Edan and his unique methods. He has taught both online and in person at the Learning Annex, The New York Open Center, and at various workshops and wellness retreats throughout the U.S. and abroad.
