Dear Dianna, Welcome! Except for holidays, we meet on Thursdays at 5:00 p.m. The groups are scheduled to last 60 minutes; if the need is high, we may run as long as 90 minutes. The women who attend are very supportive. The groups generally focus on creating greater internal awareness to foster more balanced living and a more pronounced sense of connectivity to the self and others.
