Hail and well met, seeker of Faires! For many medieval-fantasy enthusiasts, a visit to a renaissance faire is the result of a convergence of an interest in history and mythology, a personal creative spark, and the drive to bring the vision of the imagination to life. But the faire season seems to flash by, and we find ourselves anxiously awaiting the bud of spring green to herald in the next adventuring season for our inner hero/heroine.

But the adventure need not fade with the fall of the last leaf from the branch. Indeed, the spirit that kindled our creative spark burns brightly all year round. Why not come together to share our visions, teach our crafts, explore our imagination, and find new venues to feed our passions? Costuming, armouring, fighting, games of strategy, writing, poety, music, art, mythology, philosophy, history... all these things come together in the characters we create and live and the faires we visit. We aren't just daydreamers. We are creators of worlds, and that fire never sleeps. Out of legend we come!
