Outdoor Afro will be having an outdoor yoga session within nature with Sanctuary Yoga. This session is a level one for beginners. You will be getting use to your body, and learning how to release stress within your muscle structure.
The yoga technic used will be: Sivananda and Raja yoga.
What to do before coming:
- Get plenty of rest
- Don't eat 3 hours before
What to bring:
- Mat (One can be supplied if you don't have one)
- Socks (barefoot is preferred)
- Comfortable light stretchable clothing (stretch pants and top)
- OA Waiver
