7 happy walkers followed some old sand roads and saw the location of Webb's Mill including the old crossroads and mill pond plus the natural walk area.

Right immediately past the overpass, continue to the stop sign, cross the tracks and park on the grass along the grass.

    Hi,
I've never joined one of your hikes before. What do you consider moderately paced? 2-3 mph? Since this is Ocean cty, I'm assuming not much elevation gain? Thanks! Trish

The club usually considers 3mph as moderate. 2.5mph is easy. I tend to lead about 3+/- mph but with few breaks.

    Hi Karen,

Google maps has changed the format and I need to learn how to use the new one. To get to Bullock from the west on route 70 turn right onto highway 72 and proceed about 6.5 miles. Turn left onto Savoy Boulevard which is just before the railroad bridge above 72 (No street sign). Follow Savoy until it ends at a stop sign and T-junction. Turn right, cross the railroad tracks and park on the grass along the tracks.

If you are coming from the east or south let me know and I can give you different directions.

    Jay
