This is the last of the 4 walks, on March 15, 16, 29 and 30th of the complete Batona Trail. The plan is to walk at a pace greater than 3 mph. On this walk, we will walk from Batsto Village to the trail's terminus at Bass River State Forest from where we will shuttle back to Batsto Village.
This last walk is the longest and will cover about 20 miles. It is not for the tender of foot, and should only be tried by walkers familiar with the conditions that might be found along this trail
If you have done the previous three walks this one will complete your tour of the Batona. If not, it is a very interesting, while long, walk in itself. Poor weather will not cancel, if you come to the meeting point, I will lead the walk.
