Ride of Silence (The 11th Anniversary)

The Ride of Silence is a world-wide, silent, slow-paced ride (max. 12 mph) in honor of those who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways. The Ride of Silence is a free ride that asks its cyclists to wear helmets, follow the rules of the road and remain silent during the ride. The ride aims to raise the awareness of motorists, police and city officials that cyclists have a legal right to the public roadways. The ride is also a chance to show respect for and honor the lives of those who have been killed or injured. The ride is done with the collaboration of the Township of Medford  and Wheelies Bike Shop.  The route  is 8.3 miles and will be starting and ending at Freedom Park in Medford, NJ. For additional information contact Jorge ,[masked] or [masked].
