Join us to get some exercise while enjoying fresh air and open space. All levels of fitness are encouraged to join. Activities will take place outdoors in NYC (primarily in Manhattan) and will include such things as walking, urban hiking, bike riding, yoga, and kayaking. We'll also try out fun, interesting things like an adventure course, horseback riding, a scavenger hunt, and geocaching.
