The trails are quite muddy so we are going to start our Wednesday Runs on the roads. This will give our legs, ankles and feet a chance to strengthen before tackling the trails.
I have a 2 mile loop course from Seneca Park and if anyone wants to add mileage they can continue around the paved loop around the park. It is lit up.
We won't be stopping during the 2 mile run, but we will start out slow and pick up the pace a bit depending on the group.
Drink water in the afternoon so you are well hydrated at the start of our run. A snack may be a good idea too.
Bring water to drink on your way home to keep you hydrated and flush the toxins!
