The trails are quite muddy so we are going to start our Wednesday Runs on the roads. This will give our legs, ankles and feet a chance to strengthen before tackling the trails.
I have a 2 mile loop course from Seneca Park and if anyone wants to add mileage we can continue around the paved loop around the park for 3 miles. It is lit up.
We won't be stopping during the 2 mile run, but we will start out slow and pick up the pace a bit depending on the group.
Drink water in the afternoon so you are well hydrated at the start of our run. A snack may be a good idea too.
Bring water to drink on your way home to rehydrate and flush the toxins!
