Cantorial at the Little Theater of Alexandria

Cantorial
Written by famed American dramatist Ira Levin (author of “Rosemary’s Baby” and “Deathtrap”), this mystery-comedy follows a young couple who renovate an abandoned synagogue in New York City into their posh dream home. But some of the upgrades are unanticipated. When they realize the building is haunted by the synagogue’s cantor, their lives and the building are indelibly altered. Will they be able to merge the “Old World” with the “New World”? A heart-warming and humorous ghost story that speaks to the universal need to stay connected with the past.

This little theater is wonderful.  At this point there are plenty of tickets.  I will buy a few at a time for as long as they hold out, so we can sit in small groups.  We will meet beforehand for dinner TBD.  Don't wait too long, it's not a large theater and will sell out.

A fun play. We enjoyed the food and wonderful atmosphere of the Columbia Firehouse before the play. That was as much fun as the play.

Please note that for dinner, they will not do separate checks and there will be a 20% gratuity added. They will take separate payments though.

I thought I RSVPed for dinner when I bought my ticket. It looks like I did not. I hope it is not too late to get a 'place at the table'.

I'm not familiar with the area. Is there a good place to park so that we will all be heading back in the same general direction after the play? Thanks.

I recommend getting to LTA and parking nearby BEFORE dinner. Columbia Firehouse is only a short walk from the theater and your car will be right there when the show lets out.

I plan on taking the metro to King Street (parking at Springfield metro) and then taking a local bus/trolley down to the theatre (since I live in Dale City). It is an option for those who don't want the hassle of finding parking. Getting back to the metro may be trickier depending what time the show is over. Otherwise, the walk is only a half hour and good exercise.

What time does the show start, I may be able to attend that.
    Thanks

Can everyone who wants to join us for dinner, please update their RSVP and add the comment that you'd like to have dinner. I am looking at Columbia Firehouse at 109 S. St. Asaph around 6:00 and will need to make reservations. Anyone who doesn't respond in the next couple of days may not be able to participate. don't know how crowded they get. http://www.columbiafi...
