If you are an open, honest, and friendly person, who is not overly into the trappings of modern day life, then please come along to our gathering.

We are looking for people who would feel more at home taking a long walk, going out for a meal, driving down to the coast, or going off to the cinema, rather than a nightclub, a noisy bar, or a party. Those who prefer the simple pleasures in life, such as a pub/restaurant, a quiz night, visiting friends, or just being cuddled up in front of some entertaining TV. The sort of person who might enjoy a relaxing weekend in a nice bed & breakfast as much as they could enjoy going anywhere else.

At the first couple of meetings, we can all have a drink and a group chat to get to know each other. That way, anyone can come unaccompanied and not find any difficulties integrating. Later on, we will be organising some activities and events.

If you are coming along to our first meet-up, then please do register now. A meeting has not been scheduled yet, and we’ll be booking a date and venue as soon as numbers are known. The location will be around the Essex/East London area (e.g. Gants Hill, Barkingside, Chigwell, Woodford, Loughton, Chingford etc).
