Once again, NIcky saves the day, meaning i was able to put my Reading - Hanborough & ret train ticket to good use!!! DELIGHTFUL views of the Oxfordshire countryside. Wonderful admiring them, while wiping the dew drop from your nose, during the COLDEST March for 50 years!!! Hee hee hee... A good old giggle too... Lovely to meet you Mo, aswell ;-)

Hi Nicky... I'd have loved to have come along but Derek's doing another (earlier) walk from Hanborough. They're meeting right next to the railway station, so that's spot on for me. Obviously, i'll be in the area, could i even get to 'The Mason's Arms' at roughly the same time as you're there? You know, after Derek's thingey. Be good if that's the case. I'll have a look at where North Leigh is. May see yer?

Great, i'll make a mental note of that. Depending on what time i can finish my dinner, i'll come along. Don't wait for me, if i'm there, i'm there... If not... (I've a feeling the carvery MAY be a no-goer? There's a thread on the other walk, from Jenny, about the pub being closed. So, if the alternative's no good, that'll give me more time to catch up with yer).

Hi Mo, unfortunately this pub only sells crisps and peanuts as it's run by a lovely old chap called Matt. There's plenty of parking usually and we can fit up to 5 cars on my drive and there's parking in the village on the road. See you Sunday. Nicky ;o)
