--

Stories have a unique power to persuade and motivate because they appeal to our emotions and, more than anything else, have the ability to shape our beliefs and change our minds.

No decisions are made, no products sold, and no partnerships forged without first obtaining an emotional commitment from the decision-maker. Supporting numbers only help him or her rationalize and defend the decision.

In this workshop, we will teach you how to obtain that emotional commitment with appropriate narrative communication techniques, and how to incorporate these techniques into your upcoming presentation.

You will:

Learn how to use your personal story to inspire other peopleCreate a storyline that leads to emotional commitmentDevelop a comfortable and effective style for pitchingKnow how to incorporate body language that commands attention and respect

We will use interactive exercises, videos and constructive group feedback to enable you with the framework that will empower you to create your own stories and be an efficient public speaker, whether addressing large audiences, your customers or your teams.

The storytelling workshop is limited to 24 people for optimum attention and feedback.

I teach chemistry to unmotivated young adults who believe that chemistry is hard. I hope PARISOMA will enhance my skills in motivating my students to learn chemistry.
