It is geared towards startup founders, VP of Sales and Business Development of small and medium sized businesses who sell to other enterprises. The class structure is informal and quite interactive. You will learn a proven effective, simple yet strategic sales model. A handful of concepts will be presented for discussion and experiences will be shared with each other. It is recommended that participants bring with them an outline of a deal they are currently working on, which can be discussed within the group environment. About the Instructor:
Mike Holland is a sales transformation specialist with The Enterprise Selling Group. He has over 25 years of experience in sales and sales leadership in the Intellectual Property Rights, Mobile, Software, and Services markets with ARM, Ltd. Cirrus Logic and Mentor Graphics. Growing up in Ohio, Mike discovered his passion for sales when he started selling as a kid; magazines door-door during the school year; tickets to Putt-Putt miniature golf in the summer; men's clothes at the local haberdashery; and meats and cheeses at the Hickory Farms kiosk.
