This group has recently changed. We will now bring you a variety of different ways to make your health and wellness achieve all time highs by focusing on 3 major contributors to a healthy lifestyle... Physical, Mental and Diet.
We will run, we will sweat, we will lift, drag and push, but most importantly, we will have a good time when doing it. We will hold running events like 5k, 10k, half marathons, but we will also be doing more physical races like the Spartan Races and will be training for them weekly. Please see the Organizer for training details.
In order for you to be successful, you need to have the right mind frame and outlook on what your actual goals are. Just going to the gym is boring, but if you are going to build on something, like an up coming race, then going to the gym has meaning and purpose.
A good diet feeds the mind and body. With out a good diet, you are likely to struggle with the physical and mental foundations. We will be posting food seminars from a local health and wellness market in the palm beach gardens area.

Spartan Races ~ Training
We have put together a team called team "No Excuses". We are will be training throughout the year for a variety of Spartan Races. Please contact Organizer Dave for details and training times as they do and will vary.
3 Mile Group Run:
If you are looking for a great way to get in some weekday training... Haven't been a runner before and want to start... Looking to meet other people in the area... Started a New Year's resolution... Whatever your reason, this is a great 3 mile group run. Please contact Jessalynn for details
All levels welcome. For those beginners the run can be less than 3 miles if you need.
We are also doing a great group workout outside a couple times a week. If you are looking for full body fitness without going to the gym. Or if you are just beginning to workout this could be the spot. Everyone works out to their level of fitness. Please contact Jessalynn for details
6 Different Speakers ~ 6 Different Things to Learn:
We will be starting a speaker series, one speaker each month for six months. Each talk will cover something related to health & wellness. These talks will be another way we can give back to the community and raise awareness.
