Brian Cuban was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He has lived in Dallas,
Texas since 1986 and is a die-hard Pirates, Steelers and Penguins Fan.

Brian is a 1983 graduate of Penn State University. He received a J.D in 1986 from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law. He has passed the respective state bar exams of Pennsylvania(inactive) and Texas.
Brian is currently the segment host for “Brian Cuban’s Legal Briefs” on EyeOpenerTV. EyeOpener is a different kind of morning show chocked full of entertainment, humor, and what you need to know to get your day started. Legal Briefs airs every Friday and

Brian is an eating disorder survivor and a recovering drug addict, steroid addict and alcoholic. he is finishing up his first book about these experiences and his struggle with Body Dysmorphic Disorder in his soon to be released book entitled, “Shattered Image”.

He used to be an avid long distance runner having run 8 marathons. Now he kind of just propel himself forward in a running motion between injuries.
Brian is a Proud Parent to a Cat named Useless andmy dog, Peanut.
