Hi, Davinder, and thanks for contacting us. We have a gathering every Sunday morning, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., in which we learn about and practice basic Buddhist meditation. This is not a Yoga practice, but a mind training practice. That is, it's a mental rather than a physical practice. Let me know if you have more questions.
