QS “Work Your Data” Co-op

If you track some kind of data about your life and are trying to make sense of it, join us during this open time and bring your data and a computer with you.

You can work on it in the company of other, like-minded self-trackers who are working on their own data, and get (and maybe even give) help as we all figure out what kinds of tools, processes, and techniques help turn mountains of data into information that is useful to you.

End up with amazing insights or an interesting story?  Consider presenting at the QS Show and Tell meeting every other month.

A nice counterpoint to our usual presentation-oriented meetings. Get down and dirty with data, and have deeper, longer conversations about technical details and visions.

I have sporadic date on my sleep. Does it make sense to attend?
Mainly want to learn more about what people are tracking and how are they using data!

Sunil, come on down. We'll have plenty of data for everyone to play with.

Matt, you're absolutely welcome to join us, data or not. Melissa, count me in on playing with D3.js - I recently heard about it and it's intriguing. I will bring my own dataset that anyone is welcome to hack on.

This is a really cool idea... I don't think I've been tracking long enough to do much data mining, but would love to just come and be a fly on the wall. Would that be alright?
