A new year brings lots of new projects! Now that the hustle and bustle of the Holidays is over, what new projects will you be working on? Or are you planning to pick up that forgotten project? This is a great time for a fresh start, or to pick up where you left off. What's your New Years' Knitting Resolution?

See you there!

eta: the meetup will still go on, but I won't be there on account of a broken garage door! I have to stay home while the repair man fixes it (he just got here). I will see you all next month - knit happy!

I am looking forward to meeting all of you. I just switch from being a "thrower" to "continental" WOW what a difference it makes. See you at Twisted. Hey, am I supposed to bring anything besides my knitting? Munchies maybe??

I'm Irish ladies....must drink and be merry on St. Patty's day! I'm sad I'll miss it this time around! My scarf is coming along nicely. My friend taught me how to pearl (or is it purl?) so it has a little bit of design in it as well! Happy knitting!

A beginner came in and he was excited to start working on a project he had no pattern for. He was knitting by the end of the evening and very much enjoyed the experinece. It was great to see others give advice and jump in with stories of, "When I first learned to knit..." I also learned that I am a thrower, and I might be lookin to learn some continental soon!!! Hahaha, greek right (it was to me last night), but it's a style of knitting!!! It was a fun night, sure beats sitting alone in front of the tv with a project, social gatherings are always the way to go :)
    •  I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was my first time meeting with the group and I am looking forward to the next meeting. It was nice to see what everyone was working on and how many levels of experience from first timers to experts. See you next month :o)
