    Hi to all!

I'm finally coming out of the flu. That was a lovely experience. Ha!

I'm so glad the class went so well. I was not a happy sick girl when I realized I couldn't go. Sam brought home some of the Kefir sour cream and chive dip....that was so good. I haven't eaten the other things that came home yet. Thank you so much to Brian and Crystal for all your hard work and awesome presentation. I hope you'll be willing to do it again some time so I can actually see it.

This class was a huge success. Not only did they show us how to make fermented cabbage, but also honey mead, kombucha, kefir turned into cheese, and other fermented vegetables. Crystal and Brian made it look so easy and allowed us to taste the assortment. I am ordering my kefir seeds today.

Seoul food! Cabbage has allowed many cultures to survive "those" winters. I'd like to go, can't say 100% that I can.
