I am currently in the third phase of P90X! Next stop is ChaLean Extreme!

There is ALWAYS room for improvement!

If you have previously used a Beachbody fitness program (P90X, Insanity, Hip-Hop Abs, etc.) what was your favorite?

Power 90, P90X, Brazil Butt Lift, and Turbo Fire.

In general, what is your favorite type of exercise (cardio, weights, etc.)?

Pilates, yoga, and weights
