Josh - I have a conflict with an other meet up tonight. Will there be a presentation or document you can share for those who cannot make it? The last PGH Tech meeting was great so I am sure this Crowd-funding meeting will be as well. Thanks.
Hi Daniel, We'll see how it goes. But right now, there are no plans for any sort of presentation tonight. We will take some notes and post a document of comments for comment.
I'm Sue with SueCat Social Media. I'm planning to coordinate a crowdfunding effort to support Pittsburgh's LGBTQ Community Center - website revamp and related projects.

Hi I'm Nicole and I own a small home based Childcare service in Pgh. I also spend a lot if time doing volunteer work for a youth nonprofit organization. I'm hoping to gain insight and possible direction on how to create a successful Crowdfunding campaign to raise funds for the expansion of my Childcare and funds for the growth of the nonprofit I work with.

We're looking forward to meeting you all and having a robust engaging conversations around crowdfunding.
First some logistics: Arlington Ave. has no parking due to construction. Park in St. Vianney's lot, around the corner from the space, 77 Allen St., 15210
Also, I'm hoping you'll take a minute and post a comment describing what you hope to get out of this meetup.
I'll even go first:I run a startup in the City of Pittsburgh that builds custom crowdfunding communities for enterprise, academia, government, and nonprofits. I hope that discussions with the group will validate or inform some of the assumptions we've built into our model.
Thanks,Ask questions if you got 'em.
I'm hoping to gain some great advice from this meetup.
