Exploring the Lithium Framework

Hey everyone,

We've got a great presentation lined up for you. If you've been interested in our recent framework comparisons, be sure to check this one out as it relies heavily upon some of PHP 5.3's new features. Presenter Chris Gutierrez (@cgutierrezii on twitter) is the lead developer at MODE Visual and has jumped ship from several of the other popular PHP frameworks to Lithium. Lithium is a full stack PHP framework written from the ground up to take full advantage of features added in PHP 5.3. In this presentation we'll explore some of Lithium's key features including continuation routing, micro-framework style routing, and AOP (Aspect Oriented Programming) inspired method filtering API.

Hope to see you there!

It's important to keep track of all the new frameworks on the block, especially with PHP 5.3 becoming the standard. Chris did a good job of showing off some of Lithium's novel internals.
