Project Success in a Unwelcoming Environment

Fee: $10

Members pay for their dinner.

Presenter : Michael Bouchard

Imagine a situation where a parent organization charters and funds a project, to be executed at a subordinate organization by outside contractors, where the members of that organization believe (however incorrectly) that success of the downward-directed project could facilitate demise of that organization....unwelcoming environment indeed!  Mr. Bouchard was asked to kick off a series of monthly presentation with a more personal touch, highlighting the project management experiences and/or case studies of PMI Monterey Bay chapter members
