His involvement in the creation of PMI-Silicon Valley Chapter and his contributions to 16+ years of its operation, plus the leadership challenges and lessons learned along the way. The story concludes with a recent PM engagement to vertically integrate a company’s operations, from the horizontal norm for the industry, by creating a factory in Tijuana, Mexico. The company had no staff with manufacturing or supply chain experience, but ten years of business experience in the promotional products industry.     Wayne, it will be good to see you again! Our chapter wouldn't exist without all your help 10 yrs ago. Of course, I always enjoyed my time at the SV chapter before we started the Monterey Bay chapter. I like where you got your advanced degree :)
