Read Their Minds: Know What Your Users are Thinking

** The event will be delivered in Hebrew **

About the presentation

The most important issue about your product is your users.

No users = No product, it’s that simple.

No matter how cool your product is, how effective and powerful it is, if no one uses it, it’s as if it doesn't exist.

In this session you’ll learn how to understand your users, see how they grasp your product, what they understand (and what they don’t). You'll discover how utilizing usability studies, user feedback, analytic and additional tools and techniques allowing us to track users’ behavior, listen to what they’re thinking, and use this new knowledge in order to improve our products.

Shira will share some real life examples from her personal experience as the product lead of on{X} (https://www.onx.ms) during the last year.
