Fall Vegan Bake Sale to Benefit Compassion Over Killing

Attention Vegan Bakers and Buyers! We will be having a Fall Vegan Bake Sale at the Boca Raton Green Market to raise money for Compassion Over Killing and to educate the public in a positive, friendly way about the benefits of a Vegan Diet & Lifestyle.

We would love to have a range of baked goods to sell including raw & gluten-free items. All items need a list of ingredients and feel free to post what you plan on making! The market is open from 8:00am-1:00pm so come as early as you can and help sell, speak to buyers, purchase items and enjoy the market which often has live entertainment and a large selection of fresh produce, with many organic options.

Please remember to bring a list of all ingredients!

I changed my RSVP because work has reared it's ugly head and I've become a definite MAYBE. I'm really going to try and bring something, but at this point I'm not sure ...

Yep, work always gets in the way. They should know that vegan baked goods should take precedence! ; )

I'm considering coming out - we just have to make sure we will be in town that weekend. Meanwhile, can you tell me how we will be storing the baked goods? Obviously if they are just going to be sitting out in the sun, nothing that melts easily like a buttercream frosting, would be wise so I'm just trying to gauge what we will make/bring if we can come out.

Hi Kristen, I hope you can make it! We will have no refrigeration but we will be under a tent. If it's cool out, the frosting & chocolate things should be ok but if it's hot, yep- they might melt. I'll bring biodegradable straws just in case! ; )
