Focusing on Empty Properties

Following the success of the Empty Property Expo (East London) recently in Barbican we we put together a special Summer Edition for Networking, focusing those property owners, who has an unused property.

When the property market is hotter than ever, it can be frustrating to sit on an asset which is not only not making you any money, but potentially even costing you to have it (paying council tax, security or basic maintenance).

When you are about to sell or manage your current property, how much trouble are you having with an unused, run down property in your neighbourhood? Have you ever monetized how much (in £££) does a property like this specific property costs you, valuing down your own one?

Many investors are yet to realize that having 635,127 empty homes are currently empty in England and 59313 in London alone not only a socio-economic problem, but it hurts our business too.

So isn't it easier to avoid instead of paying any attention to it? Unless you are one of the few ones who manage to use this information to close even more deals... If so come along!

Most likely some of you will come:

- to network and create connections.
- to relax with likeminded property professionals.
- to get and share ideas that will take their business to the next level.
- to find investors

- and some of you will come as Investor to find new profitable projects.

Time: 6PM-8PM

Venue: Islington Town Hall

Please note if you book online the ticket is only £10

but it will be £15 at the door.

The evening is organized and run by KAT PR so any Questions may be directed to Katalin Toth at [masked] or directly on[masked] 3222.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
