Come join us for a great shoot-out at the South Carolina Railroad Museum during the beautiful evening sunlight.
All levels of photographers are welcome.
We have arranged for our members to have exclusive access to the museum during non-operational hours in order to photograph on and around the trains. We are also arranging several models in order to create unique portfolio images.
Model styling ideas:
- Antebellum Clothing
(If you know of anyone who would like to be a part of this model casting call, please forward them to me at [masked])
This event will be a great opportunity for us to work together privately without a crowd of other people in a very unique location. The drive will be well worth the images and fun time we are sure to have.
The fee for this Meetup does not include the $8/ each that is required as a donation to the Museum. Please bring that along with you.
I will be demonstrating off camera flash techniques and proper use of a reflector. However, there is no equipment needed, other than your camera and lenses of course.
Some recommended equipment:
Great little inexpensive manual flash (only $60) - http://amzn.to/10s7CvP
5 in 1 Reflector - http://amzn.to/1ctNd1s
If you own an Aputure Triggermaster for use with our lights, please bring that along as well, but it not necessary (I have a several extras that I lend out at my events)

Images captured may be used in your portfolios and for marketing reasons. If you wish to use the images for 3rd party resale, please bring your own releases along and always ask before photographing the models if they mind signing.
The models are promised at least 2 high resolution images from each attending photographer. You are given 2-3 weeks to upload those to the Meetup site for the models to view. They are responsible for contacting you, if they wish for the images to be emailed to them.
Thanks and I hope to see you there!
P.S. We will post a meeting spot to grab a bite to eat after the event for anyone who wishes to stay and join us for a little social time and "shop" talk!
