Pikes Peak Landlords and Investors Group Monthly Meetup

  • Oct 8, 2013 · 6:30 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

We will have 2 speakers this month.  The first speaker will be someone from InterLinc Renovation Lending.  Since 2009, InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC has been an approved HUD/FHA full-service mortgage banking firm with growth in double digit figures each year. InterLinc is a well respected and profitable lender; with strong regional presence; and provider of outstanding personalized services.  They have a unique program for Fix and Flippers!

Our second speaker will be from Community Buying Group, which we all get to take advantage of by being paying members of PPLIG.  The discounts we can receive will be explained tonight.

Just a notice to our members, we do have a couple of OPEN spots on our Board.  Please be sure to talk with our President, Debby Miller, to find out more information.

Our meetings are structured around networking and education. The first half hour of the meeting is spent networking. Speakers are chosen based on their pertinence to Real Estate Investing and suggestions from our members. The discussion usually lasts about 45 minutes. Group information is covered briefly and the official meeting is adjourned to allow for additional networking.

There is a lot of history in our group. Some of the members have been around since the group was established in 1981. We feel very strongly in the purpose of the group which is to educate and network. The speakers are there for informational purposes only. There are no products for sale.

It is a great place to get started and learn.

Please note that becoming a member on Meetup does not make you a member of the group.  There is a yearly membership fee.  You can however attend our meetings as a guest to see if we are what you are looking for.  There is a guest fee at the door of $10.

I just have to tell all of you that what Interlinc has to offer investors and homeowners is pretty unique. In April they are rolling out another mortgage option for investors, so we will have to invite them back to explain that new program.

I have a sick little one at home so couldn't make it. I apologize; I will do everything I can to make the next meeting!
