Marissa Feinberg is cofounder of Green Spaces.  Marissa also blogs for Forbes, covering entrepreneurs, change makers and innovators. Green Spaces was inspired by Flockd to scale the magic of collaborative work spaces, powering productivity and connectivity for innovation. As a 10+ year publicist and marketeer, and Marissa  frequently speaks, teaching entrepreneurs PR for startups via Investor's Circle, NYC FastTrac, Startup Leadership, Skillshare and Parsons the NEW School for Design. She has become a go-to resource about how to make your workplace or event eco-friendly. She graduated from Syracuse University S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. During her free time, Marissa serves on the boards of Green Map, Toilets for People, Zoological Lighting InstituteEarthTechling and NYU Stern's Annual Conference of Social Entrepreneurs, and acts in independent films.

Degelis Tufts is the Chief Operating Officer of TopShelf Clothes, which is dedicated to making the online shopping experience in the apparel and accessories category more efficient and personalized for women. She has been actively involved in managing the customer acquisition strategy at TopShelf. Prior to TopShelf, she was an investor in Consumer-focused businesses at Sands Capital and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. Degelis has her Chartered Financial Analyst designation. 

Tom Limongello Currently VP of Product Marketing at Crisp Media and an MD for NYC with Tom is a tireless alpha tester, promoter, and designer of consumer products that include mobile advertising UX at Crisp, food products at Unilever and internet memes, such as the Failwhale, in his free time. Tom has experience working in various roles spanning from Sales & BD,PR & Marketing to Product Management, and in various places like Shanghai, Chicago & Tokyo but calls NYC home. Tom is also a contributing writer for PandoDaily and other tech publications.

Kayla Zerby | Director, PR and Communications | CODE AND THEORY

Headquartered in New York City with additional offices in San Francisco and the Philippines, the agency works with a diverse set of brands including Dr Pepper Snapple Group, L'Oréal, Comcast, Vogue, Mashable, Guardian News and Media, among others. Kayla assumed the role in 2013 after three years in the tech PR division of The Morris + King Company. At Morris + King, she oversaw media relations programs for clients ranging from early-stage startups to established digital media, online video, ad-tech and digital music companies. Prior to Morris + King, Kayla worked on multi-faceted campaigns for a variety of consumer brands at Idea Hall, one of Southern California¹s top integrated marketing and PR agencies. She started her career in DC at Hellerman Baretz Communications, a strategic communications agency representing the world's leading law firms, consulting firms and financial services companies. Kayla is accomplished in both traditional and non-traditional PR tactics, and has both a professional and personal interest in the opportunities that sit at the intersection of public relations and social media. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Professional and Technical Communication and Graphic Media from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). She co-founded "Clique Through," Code and Theory's first-ever women's speaker series, and is active in the New York City chapter of Girls in Tech.   

Chris Harihar | Director, Crenshaw Communications 

@chrisharihar With deep expertise in digital technology as well as social media, Chris develops and runs highly successful digital and social media strategies for leading tech brands, including TechMedia Network, Silverpop, and Verizon Wireless. Chris uses his hybrid background in consumer and tech marketing to help transform top-tier digital brands into consumer-facing companies and early-stage tech companies into category leaders. He has handled successful media relations programs for CafePress, Airbnb, Getty Images, foursquare,, Fast Company, IDG, Kantar Media, and Digital Broadcasting Group (DBG). Chris also has impressive experience developing social media campaigns for a number of leading not-for-profits, including Susan G. Komen and the Jewish Community Federation & Endowment Fund. Chris received his Masters in Communications from the University of Washington, and his Bachelors from the University of Massachusetts. A native of New Jersey, Chris now lives in New York City and enjoys spending his time watching baseball games at Yankee Stadium and enjoying the company of his girlfriend, Lisa.
